Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Hybris Consultant to join our team. As an SAP Hybris Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP Hybris solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of the SAP Hybris platform.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements related to e-commerce and customer experience.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Design and configure SAP Hybris solutions, including catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, and payment integrations.
• Develop and customize SAP Hybris modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Integrate SAP Hybris with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and test plans.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and end-users.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Hybris modules, including Commerce, PCM, WCMS, and Order Management.
• Experience in integrating SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE and Spring framework.
• Knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• SAP Hybris certification is a plus.
